trying to plump up

In anticipation of Brett's arrival I have been eating as much unhealthy food as possible with as little exercise as possible. This may sound easy, but it takes a lifestyle change. The plan is to plump up as much as I can now, then start hitting the weights. I think it is kind of working, my tummy looks softer. Yesterdays workout:
double cheeseburger, fries, and a bucket of soda for lunch
lots and lots of beer and two hot dogs for dinner
two slices of pepperoni as a midnight snack on the way home

  1. sounds like you're doing a pretty good job. pizza hut pizza rolls with ranch dressing help a lot too. lots of cheese enchiladas with sour cream on top, refried beans, and rice works as well. make sure not to snack too much and eat really large meals.
