Lifting 3/12

Each of the following groups alternated through each exercise with 20 reps the first round, 15 the second, and 10 the third and increased weight each round.

Leg Extensions
Leg Curls

Lat Pull Down
Straight-Arm Pull Down (butterfly pull down)

Tricep Extensions w/ Weight Overhead
Tricep Extensions

Back Extensions
Vertical Leg Raises
